About the course
This is a course for anyone who has a passion for understanding oneself, and is committed to helping others discover their potential. The programme is designed to be practical and stimulating with its core objective being to learn the correct application of counselling skills. It also enhances the faculty of anyone working or planning to work among students, groups, and teams.
The course will help learners develop effective listening skills and basic micro-skills in counseling. The learners will be exposed to various theoretical approaches in counselling and, in the process, develop their individual method of helping others. The course will also provide a platform for dialogue and reflection of personal values and beliefs.
Course delivery
This is an experiential programme where the learners experience and practise the appropriate skills and approaches of counselling.
