Certificate Course in Customer Relationship Management

Duration: 3 months
Eligibility: Graduate or Final year in Bachelor’s degree
Timings: 3 to 5 pm

“A business will not survive without customers”.  This course is intended to introduce individuals to the importance of having strong customer relationship management skills. The course in CRM will allow students to know the different methods and technologies that can be used to attract customers, interact with and retain them.

Program overview

The course includes lectures, guest lecturers from industry, group discussions, case studies, and presentations. Experts from IT businesses are invited to share their insights and updates in the field of CRM.
