  3. An OTP will be sent to verify your contact number, enter the OTP and click on submit.
  4. Congratulation your registration is complete!

  2. Click on “Edit Application Form”
  3. Fill in the application form.
  4. Lateral Entry is only for students who have completed their Diplomas, Post Graduate Diplomas, and for transfer students.
  5. PWD (Person with Disability) is only for applicants who have PWD Certificate from the State Government.
  6. Click on the “I hereby declare that the details furnished above are true and correct.”
  7. SUBMIT APPLICATION

Payment instructions for New Admissions (1st Installment)

  • For New Admission, fees can be paid through the following:

    4. Please note it will take 2 working days to confirm your admission.

For Installment Fee & Fine:

  1. Login to https://erp.mlcuniv.in by typing erp.mlcuniv.in in the address bar of any web browser.
  2. User name: Student Registration Number (e.g. A110004)
  3. Password: Registration Number+123 (e.g If your registration number is A110004, then the password id
  4. Password: Registration Number+123 (e.g If your registration number is A110004123)
  5. Click on MENU>FEES>Click on Fees name whose Status Fee is Unpaid> Pay Fees
  6. Proceed for payment, after the payment is successful the Receipt will appear in the Payment History.

Document Verification will be done the day before class start, do bring all your marksheets and your aadhaar card. Along with the original documents kindly bring a photocopy of each documents.

  1. To register at the MLCU Admission portal click on the link
    https://admissions.mlcuniv.in/.
  2. Log in to your account and fill out the application form and submit
  3. Once approved, a message will be sent to make payment
  4. Make Fee payment along with additional Foreign applicant fee of Rs 10,000/- in the admission portal.
  5. Download admission letter and apply for Student Visa
  6. Register at Foreigners Registration Office(FRO)
  7. Submit student visa at the admission office.

Admission After Last Date of Applications as per Late Admission Policy

Occasionally, the university receives incomplete applications or applications from students in uncertain situations. These may pertain to incomplete eligibility qualifications, transitions of residence (such as displaced persons or refugees), pending final examinations or delayed issuance of certificates and transcripts, or other unforseen circumstances. The university will endeavour to help such applicants in the best way possible. Such applicants may be granted admission on a provisional basis and the student may commence the course. Such provisional admission will be regularised when the uncertain situation is resolved.
Late admissions may be permitted after one month of the first day of classes with the approval of the Vice Chancellor

    As per Ministry of Education, Govt. of India, it is mandatory to register for Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) and obtain the ABC ID. You are advised to get the ABC ID and use it while filling up the MLCU application form

    STEPS
    Step 1: Login to the Admission Portal.

    • Amount to pay will be reflected only after the application is approved. If not yet approved, kindly contact Admission Desk.

    Step 2: If approved, click on Pay Tuition Fees

    Step 3: Select Payment Plan (Partial/ 1st Installment)

    Step4: Select the Payment Gateway (Billdesk/Worldline)

    • If the student wants to pay the fees through UPI(Google Pay/PayTM/Phonepay) or Netbanking, kindly choose the Billdesk Payment Gateway.
    • If the student wants to pay the fees through Card(Debit/Credit), kindly choose the Worldline Payment Gateway.

    Step 5: Do not refresh the Page

    Step 6: Enter the essential details asked in the Payment Gateway for payment.

    NOTES

    1. If the transaction is Failed, Check the reason of the failure received in your registered phone number associated with the Bank account.
    2. In case there are errors encountered or in case the amount was deducted from the students’ account but not reflected in the Admission Portal, kindly email to onlinefees@mlcuniv.in along with screenshot attached.
    3. Please make sure that ECOM facility is enabled on your card. If not kindly, contact your Bank to enable you to make payment online

    I. For SBI Card: To activate e-Commerce functionality send sms “swon ecom nnnn” (nnnn is last four digits of the card eg., 0647) to 09223966666

    II. For ICICI Card: Log in to iMobile > Services > Card Services > Modify Debit Card Limit. Log in to Internet Banking > Service Requests > Bank Accounts > ATM/Debit Card Related > Increase/decrease Debit Card Limit

    III. For HDFC Card:

    1. Login to HDFC Bank Netbanking​​​​​​​
    2. Visit Debit Card section under Cards
    3. Under Request go to Set Card usage/limits
    4. Select the Debit card
    5. Go to Daily Domestic usage/limits ORDaily International usage /limits
    6. Go to  ATM Usage / POS Usage /Contactless Usage / Online Usage – As Required
    7. Select ‘On’ radio button
    8. Set transaction limits and click on Continue
    9. Review the details
    10. Authenticate & Confirm

    IV. For Punjab National Bank:

    1. Visit the Net banking website https://pnbibanking.inor  https://netpnb.com
    2. Click on Retail Internet banking
    3. Click on Debit Card Enable/Disable
    4. Next Page ,Enter 16 Digit Account Number-> Continue
    5. Enter the 6 Digit OTP on the Next Page ->Continue
    6. Enter Debit Card Number, Validity and Card PIN on Next Page for Authentication – >Continue
    7. On the Next Page, Select the requisite Radio Button for ATM/POS/ECOMM/Contactless – Domestic/International/Global(Domestic & International)/No Access -> Continue
    8. Confirm the Modification on the Next Page by Clicking on Submit Button.
    9. Success Message will show on the Next Page as Debit Card Preferences updated successfully.

    V.Other Banks: Kindly contact/visit the Branch concern or MLCU Finance Office.

    1. Please do not close your page and do not press back button while payment is still in progress until it returns to Admission Portal website/homepage.

      Steps For Application
      • Registration
        1. Register the Applicant’s name, contact number and password.
        2. An OTP will be sent to the registered contact number for verification.
        3. Once the verification is completed, the Admission Account for the Applicant will be created.
      • Form Filling
        1. Log in with the registered contact number and the set password.
        2. Click on Fill Application Form.
        3. After filling the form, Upload the required documents in .png, .jpeg and .pdf format
        4. Click Submit to submit the application.
        5. Once the application form is submitted, a message “We have received your application” will appear on the dashboard. 
      • A message will be sent to the registered number once the application is Approved.
      • For Seat confirmation, Payment has to be made online using the applicant’s admission account.
      • Once the Payment is made, a Registration Number will be assigned to you.
      • Download the Provisional Admission Letter (Valid for 6 months only) from the admission portal. 
      • Students need to complete their Document Verification in order to receive the Admission Letter.
