- BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN SPORTS, NUTRITION AND FITNESS (BSc)
About the programme: This course meets the industry requirements for physical fitness, sports management, and nutrition professionals. The course will provide a scientific overview of fitness and nutrition with the goal of improving intensive sports performance and the prevention of various health problems. The course also focuses on promoting fitness and sports nutrition centers, programs, and research. It also prepares sportspersons to become trainers and coaches.
Duration: 3 years (6-semester course work with training/ institutional visits and internship during the 3-year course work) or 4 years (8-semester coursework with training/ institutional visits and internship and/ project during the 4 years).
Eligibility: Class XII (bridge course in Basic Chemistry, Biology and General Physiology for students from non-science background).
