Martin Luther Christian University organised a virtual orientation programme for its under graduate and diploma freshers on the September 22, 2020. Despite the hurdles that the pandemic posed to normal academic functioning, more than 300 students have so far enrolled into the various programs in MLCU. Of these about 180 students attended the online orientation. The students were briefed on the academic principles, the pedagogy employed, the evaluation methods, student services such as counselling facilities, NSS and ERP. With the objective of ensuring that the academic progress and learning of the enrolled students is not hindered, online classes for undergraduate students have been conducted since September 1, 2020.
