The Collaboration of the Faculty of Arts and Culture with the Department of Arts and Culture, Government of Meghalaya and the Department of Tourism, Government of Meghalaya in designing the special plaque for the Khongthong village and conducting a workshop for the village on Sustainability/Livelihoods/Intangible heritage.

The programme is part of the celebration of Azadi ki Amrat Mahotsav (75 th years of
India’s independence) and 50 years of Meghalaya statehood.
