The Scholarship Parent–Student Meeting for the 2025 batch was held on 02 February 2026 at 11:00 AM at the MLCU Hall, Nongrah Campus. The meeting began with opening remarks by the Deputy Registrar, who emphasized discipline, academic commitment, and responsible conduct expected from scholarship beneficiaries. The Dean Academic highlighted important academic policies, including NEP 2020, the Policy on Awarding Academic Credit for Work While Studying, and the National Credit Framework. The Controller of Examination explained the evaluation system, including Continuous and Final Evaluation (CFE), CGPA calculation, transcript procedures, and promotion policies. The Deputy Finance Officer clarified the specific fees applicable to scholarship students. The Academic Coordinator stressed the importance of maintaining 75% attendance, active student engagement, and counselling support. The programme concluded with an interactive Q&A session, followed by a vote of thanks and a group photograph.
